# Privacy & Cookie Policy – Tru Studio

We actually hate complicated legal texts, so here’s the short and honest version of what we do with your data.

### 1. Who is responsible?

### 2. Why do we collect anything at all?
So the website works properly, and we can:
- See how many people visit and what they look at (statistics)
- Show you relevant ads on Instagram / Facebook / Google (marketing)
- Answer your messages when you write to us

### 3. Cookies & tracking we actually use

You can always say no to statistics and marketing cookies in the banner.

### 4. When you contact us
If you write or book a meeting we save your name, email, phone (if given) and message – only to get back to you.  
We delete it when the project is finished (max 3 years for accounting reasons).  
Legal basis: your consent + contract (GDPR art. 6(1)a + b).

### 5. Google Consent Mode v2 – the important bit
We use Google’s newest consent system:
- By default everything is blocked
- Only when you click “Accept all” (or allow marketing) do Google Analytics and ad pixels start
- If you click “Decline”, only the strictly necessary stuff runs

### 6. Your rights (you actually have them)
You can always ask us to:
- Show you what we have
- Correct or delete it
- Stop using it

### 7. Third parties
Google (Ireland/EU) and Meta (Ireland/EU) process data for us and are bound by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

### 9. Changes
If we ever change this policy we’ll update the date above and, if it’s something big, let you know on the site.
